Year 6 residential to Marchants Hill (Sunday 14th-Wednesday 17th June 2026)
We have taken year groups on a school residential for decades and have been fortunate to visit some great sites. In 2024, we moved to Marchants Hill in Surrey and loved it!
We usually take around 100-120 children each year and hope you will choose to send your child. Take a look at the presentation below to find out more about what your child can expect if they join the trip.
Thanks to those parents and carers who joined the Teams meeting on Thursday 9th October. Please email the office FAO Ms Farrell if you have any special concerns or queries e.g sleep-walking, bed-wetting or other issues regarding your child. I will arrange a call or email you. It is best to do this as soon as possible so we can put your child’s mind at rest. We always manage to help children with these problems.
Brighton Activity Week
If you and your child feel that the residential trip is not right for them, we offer fun activities at school and in Brighton on the Monday to Wednesday, while the other children are away. In recent years, these have included activities such as cooking, arts and crafts, visiting the Sea Life Centre , the Upside Down House and going bowling. The activities are arranged to suit those who will be attending, so change each year depending on needs and numbers of children.
